I am currently recruiting for BIM Technician for my leading client based in a Bolton. This role is to work for an established organisation within the Architectural Façade industry. Role: BIM Technician | Architectural Technician

Location: Bolton

Salary: £26,000per year’000

Typical duties and responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with others to produce accurate 3D models
Producing outputs from models to be used by other disciplines
Experience in BIM software specifically Revit Architecture
Recording of information and providing support to design staff during surveys/site visitsCandidate specification:

Strong 3D skills (especially Revit Structure/MEP/AutoCAD Civil 3D)
Able to work on your own initiative, whilst displaying a commitment to contribute to, and learn from, the wider team
Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
AutoCAD Architecture proficient with excellent technical detailing and specification experience/ability through both scheme and detailed design project phasesIf you believe that you have the relevent skills/experience for this role then please send me a copy of your CV
