The Opportunity

To join PRS, a recruitment company with offices across the UK. PRS currently employs over 70 staff and with exciting growth plans, is looking to recruit experienced trades and labour recruitment consultant`s consultant for our network of branches in London, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

The Person

With either a degree or commercial experience in recruitment, a desire to be a success in recruitment you must be driven by success. You will be confident, determined and have excellent communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a lively, sociable and competitive working environment and be motivated by unlimited career potential. Simply, you control your earning potential – the harder you work, the more money you can earn.

The Earning Potential, Benefits and Rewards

You will start on a basic from £25,000 to £35,000 (negotiable dep on experience).You have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) should be £40,000 to £60,000, with year 2 holding no caps on earnings therefore c£75,000 is realistic.
