Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year
Town Planner
Are you looking for an exciting new Town Planning position? My client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in York and are currently recruiting for a Town Planner!
My client is a well-established consultancy with an extremely successful track record designing small- and large-scale developments! The team work within a range of sectors such as residential developments, renewable energy, commercial, industrial and regeneration of urban sites.
Role responsibilities:
- Preparing, submitting and negotiation of planning applications
- Dealing with planning appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
Requirements:
- RTPI Accreditation
- Relevant degree qualification
- Previous planning experience in either public or private sector
- Excellent written and verbal skills
