Tenancy Management Officer

My client, a niche Housing Association based in North London is seeking to recruit a temporary Tenancy Management Officer for a 3 month period with a view to a possible permanent placement.

You will have sole responsibility for the effective delivery of tenancy management services to a patch of 150 properties across North and East London, ensuring that all sign ups, estate inspections, property inspections, ASB investigations and void turn around are dealt with in a professional manner.

Applicants must have worked in a similar role (within supported housing pref) and be able to start within the next week.

You must have a current enhanced DBS (dated within the last 12 months), car driver essential.
