Our client is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join their team in Stafford. In this key role you will be responsible for providing an effective neighbourhood management service of high risk tenancies, ensuring performance targets are met and managing high level, often complex enforcement cases.

Working across their neighbourhoods, your responsibilities will include identifying vulnerable tenants; working closely with other key agencies such as the Police and the Council and preparing cases for legal action in conjunction with solicitors. Your day to day work will include proactively identifying high risk tenancies, carrying out regular property inspections and liaising with other teams in order to reduce high void and housing management costs.

Our client is keen to receive applications from candidates who have experience of working with internal and external teams including specialist support groups, tackling antisocial behaviour and working with vulnerable customers. You will be able to work under pressure and have the ability to deal with difficult situations and conflict effectively. Experience of preparing detailed file notes and preparing witness statements for court is essential.

Due to the nature of this role a driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.
