Temporary Credit Controller

Credit controller needed to support the accounts team at an established worldwide media company based in the heart of London. This is a temporary role, reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

The successful candidate will have a proven solid background in credit control with a strong knowledge of SAP.

Role:

* Liaising with clients to obtain payments for invoices, done via the telephone on a daily basis.
* Allocating payments to coordinating bank accounts and uploading these to the in house system
* Using credit safe to run credit checks ensuring that payments are maintained by new clients
* Responding to any queries related to invoices, hours worked and be it rates
* Depositing client cheques
* Using Excel to export invoices and uploading to SAP
* Uploading data to the website on a weekly basis

Key Skills:

* Knowledge and understanding of SAP
* Being computer literate using Microsoft Office and Excel
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner
* Target driven
* Punctual and Professional
