Part Time Credit Controller

A fast growing group of forward thinking businesses with an interest in technology and customer supply chain management/support are looking to recruit a part time Credit Controller, working Circa 20 hours to suit requirements of both the business and Employee.

The Role:
We are looking for a confident, hardworking credit controller to join a busy expanding finance team, you will work closely with the sales team developing customer relations and resolving credit issues smoothly, while supporting the business requirements for cash collection.

Tasks to include but not limited to:
Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time
Undertake account reconciliations as required
Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required

Successful applicants must have had at least 1-2 years experience within a commercial Credit Control position and will have previously managed a portfolio of debtor accounts. You will be positive, have a proactive approach to collecting cash and be able to work with and support a team.
