Temporary Analytical Technician (Pharms)

Our East Midlands based client develops and manufactures a range of Pharmaceutical products. They are actively looking for a temporary Analytical Technician to work in their busy QC laboratories.
Key responsibilities:-
– General laboratory and analytical techniques
– Generate, record and report data in line with departmental procedures
– Complete work and documentation to standards of compliance designated by external Regulatory bodies and internal Company procedures
– Investigate atypical results using basic problem solving techniques
Applications are invited from candidates with a HNC / BSc in Chemistry (or related subject) together with previous skills and abilities. In addition he / she should have previous experience with a variety of analytical instrumentation including HPLC.
Candidates should be aware that these positions many involve working on a shift pattern
This is a 6 month temporary opportunity, offering a salary of circa £26,000p/r dependent on skills and abilities.
Role: Temporary ( ~ 6 months + possible extension)
Location: East Midlands
