Temp to Perm Customer Booking Agent

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Booking Agent on a temp to perm basis to join a small team on the outskirts of Derby.

The role will involve inbound/ outbound call handling as well as diary management.
You must be a confident communicator over the phone and be able to work under pressure in a busy environments.

Successful candidates will have customer service/ call centre and admin experience.

You MUST be able to pass a credit check and DBS to be successful in this application.

Hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 5.30pm.
Onsite parking available.

This is initially a temp to perm role with a therefore candidates must be available immediately.
