Telesales Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

We are currently recruiting for Telesales Executives to work for a busy sales company based in Mytholmroyd (HX7).

This is an excellent opportunity to gain permanent employment in an expanding company based in a modern, friendly, open plan office environment with flexible working hours and multiple company benefits.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Conducting outbound telesales calls, contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about various clients’ services/products
– All calls are business to business
– Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product/service
– Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities
– Asking questions to understand customer requirements and ultimately close sales
– Handle any customer objections through expert knowledge of the products/services
– Logging all calls, completing all follow up admin and arranging any future call backs in line with the company’s preferred system
– Achieving sales targets in line with KPI’s
– Achieving activity targets in line with KPI’s

Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 09.00am-17.00pm, although 15.00pm finishes on a Friday are common
– Flexible working hours could be arranged e.g. due to childcare

Salary:
– £26,000 – £26,400basic salary
– £26k OTE
– Bonus scheme of £26,000 – £26,400 for the first 3 weekly sales, then £65 for any above
– Bonus scheme uncapped

Skills/Requirements:
– Previous telesales experience is essential
– The ability to communicate with people across all levels
– Friendly and confident telephone manner
– A background in IT is a distinct advantage, but not essential
