Telesales Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Francesca’s Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Advisor to contribute in generating sales for our company. The company is rapidly growing and we need an advisor to support the generation of business through contacting new customers and exploring the best product options to suit the customer.

You are responsible for making cold calls and pitching our exceptional products over the phone to improve and grow business, primarily driving business from new customers by fostering and developing relationships.

Telesales Advisor Qualifications, Experience and Skills Essential for the Role:

• Telesales Experience 1 years (essential)
• Sales Experience 1 years (essential)
• Outbound cold calling
• Target Driven with a desire to succeed
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in sales
• A drive to seek new business to meet or exceed targets,
• Taking inbound calls
• Capability to understand and manage the sales process from start to finish,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional manner
• Effective Time Management
• Ability to work independently, but also be able to leverage resources and engage with the operational departments to ensure high levels of customer service,
• Excellent IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the CRM system

Telesales Advisor Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to close,
• Create a network of contacts to understand current and emerging market needs and trends,
• Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them,
• Help to plan sales campaigns and discuss promotional strategy and activities

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am -5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location – Hoyland, Barnsley

Salary

• £19,000 – £21,500 depending on experience, plus bonus
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Free onsite parking
