Telesales Advisor

COMPANY OUTLINE

Our client based in Durham, are a busy call centre for an online retailer who are now looking to expand their team by recruiting an additional Telesales Advisor. This is a permanent role.

To be considered you need to have previous outbound telesales experience.

THE ROLE

An experienced telesales professional with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the importance of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Making outbound business to business calls
– Making outbound calls to prospective customers
– Working to daily/weekly targets, to achieve required level of income
– Sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
– Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
– Assisting with marketing activities
– Sales planning activities
– Assisting field sales executives to achieve sales targets with all aspects of sales process
– Maintaining and updating customer database
– Associated admin duties

– Confident and friendly telephone manner
– Accurate data inputting skills
– Excellent time management skills
– Tenacious approach
– Self-motivated attitude
– Works well in a team or in isolation
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– PC skills using MS Office
– Confident and professional

SALARY AND BENEFITS

– £26,000 per year

HOURS OF WORK AND TYPE OF CONTRACT

– This is a permanent role
– 37.5 hours per week
– Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
