Due to expansion, WOI Group is creating a new position and are seeking an experienced Telesales Advertising Manager to head up and generate sales throughout the UK.

You will be home-based, on a self-employed basis and reporting direct to the MD.

The company is looking for the right advertising telesales manager that would like to grow with them, someone that can demonstrate and produce sales.

Requirements for Success:

* Proven ability to hit and maintain sales targets

* Minimum of 2 years B2C Telesales Advertising experience

* Self-starter with the ability to create sales

* Top research skills is a must

* Ability to connect with the right decision-maker

* Ability to work from home

The Remuneration Package:

* Basic salary of £28,800 – £40,800per annum

* Plus 50% commission on ALL sales that you generate

* Plus 50% on ALL repeat sales

* Plus 50% commission on ALL Corporate or National sales

* Commission paid weekly

* No Commission cap

* OTE £100K per annum is achievable for the right candidate
