Our South Wales based client is the UKs leading provider of health & safety risk management solutions, offering the broadest range of services in the market.

Our client is enjoying growth as business and commerce continues to recover in the UK and as such, they as seeking an experienced Telesales specialist who can help drive and accelerate their growth. Working as part of a team in a first class modern environment just north of Cardiff with excellent transport links and free on-site secure parking you would be joining a respected brand which offers a diverse range of services to a vast range of businesses. Your role will be to cold call business to identify and realise opportunities and leads for the Business Development Team to follow up on. Additionally, you would be contacting the existing client base in order to refresh and maintain existing and established relationships.
The role is full-time on a fixed – term fixed-term contract with the potential of becoming a permanent role with subject to review.

For this role you will be an out-and-out telesales specialist who enjoys the challenge and pace of this type of role. Predominantly selling training courses to businesses you will be working towards achieving output and conversion targets in terms of calls and sales, and operating within the parameters of the companys quality control processes and procedures. In performing the role you will be interacting with sales teams in the field and using systems and tools which support consistency and accuracy in your work that converts to reliability in terms of the service offered to the client.
