Telemarketing Executive

Our client is an established business within the publications industry who is currently in the process of setting up a new sales office in the Bracknell area. You will be part of a team making outbound calls to new and existing customers selling advertising space in an exciting niche industry. Previous experience desirable but not essential

Duties

Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing clients
Arrange appointments for Field Sales Team
Updating CRM system with relevant client information
Strong relationship building skills
Working to targets for both call volumes and appointments made

Requirements
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication and listening skills.
PC Literate
Polite and friendly manner
