The Company:
Our client is a well-established Engineering company with a strong international presence

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and technical support
To secure sales on the Italian speaking market

The Role:
– Provide technical support to clients over the phone and via email
– Inbound and outbound calls to maintain and develop client relationships
– Reach and exceed quarterly targets
– Liaise between the customer and internal departments for sales support
– Translate technical documentation
– Define customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions and services
– Process sales orders and provide quotations
– Maintain the customer database
– Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors
– Contact existing and potential clients to promote services & products
– Provide training and support to other engineers where necessary

The Candidate:
– Fluent in Italian to mother tongue standard
– Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
– Degree in Engineering related field
– Previous experience in Technical Sales (Engineering)
– Strong Engineering background
– Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
– Experience working towards targets
– Strong numerical skills
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive & dynamic
– Computer literate (SAP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)

Salary:
circa £38,400 pa + benefits (20 days holiday, bonus scheme, contributory pension)
