Technical Sales Specialist – Sample Preparation – South UK (easy access to London) – £30k+ DOE
Package includes: Company car, expense account, and commission paid monthly, laptop, mobile, health insurance. Holidays start at 22 days + Bank Holidays

My client is currently seeking an energetic self-motivated salesperson to join their team and sell the range of Microwave systems, sample prep and pyrolysis equipment in the South of the UK.

The successful candidate will be home based with visits to Head Office for training, demonstrations and meetings throughout the year. Full product training and continuous training will be given to the successful candidate.

Your main duties will include:
– Organising day to day running of your territory
– Building on an already impressive portfolio of clients, and expected to add new business monthly to their data base.
– Contacting new and existing companies
– Arranging sales visits, generating quotations and organising demonstrations.
– Other sales duties would include selling service contracts and extended warranties at point of instrumentation sale.

Candidates would have to be prepared to operate systems as they will perform demonstrations and may be called on to assist at installations of the units they sell.

The candidate will report to the Directors of the company and will be under the guidance of the Microwave Product Manager and Pyrolysis Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemistry and at least 2 years experience in capital equipment sales.
