Salary: £66,000 per year
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to work for our client.
They are one of the worlds leading suppliers of large uninterruptible power supplies. Multi-disciplined global UK engineering and industrial group pioneering the field of uninterruptible power technology, developing industry-leading, state-of-the-art products for a complete range of UPS solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Proposing technical solutions to address specific customer needs. Work with colleagues in the tender team to produce quotations and documents for clients’ UPS product range
– The generation of sales leads and managing the process from initial inquiry to placement of order including final negotiation
– Providing detailed quotations, condition reports, and technical recommendations as well as sales reports
– Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as developing new customers within your area

Requirements:
– Experience in selling engineered capital solutions
– Additional experience of interpersonal and negotiation skills along with the ability to provide customer presentations
– Further experience in selling UPS systems and solutions to external third parties and distributors
– HNC, HND, or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering
– Good interpersonal & communicating skills, flexible approach to work/clients’ requirements
– 3 years of experience selling engineered capital solutions with a strong record of success
– Able to develop and maintain current client and potential new client relationships
– Able to prepare presentations, proposals, and sales/maintenance contracts
– Flexible as things can change at short notice
– A full driving license is needed for this role

The Package:
– Basic salary: Up to £66,000per annum
– Bonus: A personal and company performance bonus is also available with the role – full details of the bonus scheme will be revealed on the application

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
