Job Title: Technical Sales Administrator
Salary: £26,000per year6 month FTC
Based: Stretford, Manchester
Purpose:
* To work exclusively on the ISO – SC project, to administrate the quotation process, ensuring that quotes are issued to high quality standard, meeting turnaround KPIs.
Responsibilities:
* To prepare and issue quotes and set follow up calls for the Technical Sales Team, once man days and cost have been determined.
* To turn around all quotes within 1 working day of receipt of relevant information
* To Assign follow up calls to the Technical Sales Teams via the CRM System
* To maintain accurate and appropriate CRM records for reporting and effective follow up
Person Spec:
* Min 1 years’ Experience in an admin role with strict turnaround times, in a sales environment would be advantageous
* Ability to communicate well and produce high quality, grammatically correct customer facing documents
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word
* Confident in using systems
* Organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines
