Technical Manager or Engineering Technical Manager

Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

Established Developer with an excellent reputation for building a mixture of affordable and bespoke housing urgently require a Technical Manager to join their team.

The Developer concerned build a mixture of bespoke high-end units and affordable housing to 70 units and have a number of schemes that have been recently granted planning so have a busy time ahead.

The ideal candidate will come from an engineering / civil design background and enjoy working on and have experience of design managing S278, infrastructure, drainage and utilities on the various sites undertaken. You will be responsible for everything ground level and below on all of the company’s sites so vital you have the engineering experience coupled with having worked for a housing developer at some point doing this role.
