Salary: £78,000 – £90,000 per year
Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality housing across Oxfordshire and the sorrounding counties.
Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to be based around Newbury so they are suitable located between the office in Oxford and sites that are coming up more South. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as either a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour of Newbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £78,000 – £90,000+ package.
