This FinTech start-up is heavily backed and was born out of its first customer who has signed a multi-million deal with them over the coming years.
They are building the application from the ground up and this is their first onshore Development team.
As the Tech lead you will still be hands-on, creating the new platform POC, working with Stakeholders to shape the tech and mentoring the new Dev team with best practices! As the first Tech lead onshore, you will be given the room to expand and shape the team how you see fit along with the product – truly an opportunity unlike anywhere else.
