Salary: £30,000 – £84,000 per year

We are urgently looking for Technical Designers WITH REVIT EXPERIENCE at all levels to join one of the most prominent design and build workplace fit out contractors in the capital.

Offering a complete workplace service from design and fit out, planning, refurbishment and interior branding, the Technical Designers will be joining a dedicated team who take immense pride in delivering outstanding projects and opening the doors to a clients’ new office space.

Technical Designers will assume responsibility for the technical design deliverables on designated projects, working alongside a senior design team.

We are looking for Designers at all levels from junior to senior. In each case, it is absolutely imperative applicants have experience of using REVIT.

Technical Designers (Revit) – key responsibilities and duties:

* Prepare and coordinate production / construction package information using REVIT

* Assist with space planning

* Prepare planning and listed building applications

* Contribute to and potentially lead the design process from due diligence through to site completion

* Assist in production of presentation material

* Enforce rigorous drawing protocol

Technical Designers (Revit) – qualifications, skills and experience:

* Experience of working on commercial interior fit out schemes

* Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD

* High level of technical skills

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Practical knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
