Fruition IT are recruiting a Contract Technical Delivery Manager for a market leading technology business based in Leeds.
The core deliverables are to deliver cloud transformation projects utilising an agile way of working, acting as a Scrum Master whilst managing delivery and demand.
Projects you’ll be delivering include Data centre migration to Azure, O365 migration and Intune deployment.
What will you be doing?
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Lead the building of a process to coordinate demand between technology delivery teams (emphasis on external demand to infrastructure and service).
- Lead the execution of IT programmes, developing full planning and management documentation for each programme/set of projects
- Provide strong direction to The Team, ensuring proactive management of milestones, risks and issues
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, including 3rd party suppliers
What do I need?
- Strong agile delivery experience, ideally a qualified Scrum Master
- Delivery of multiple projects – software delivery, cloud & infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels
- Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively
