Leo Xander is looking for a Technical Co-Ordinator to start work with a renowned waterproofing solutions company that has nearly a century of experience within the industry.

The role:

The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving and will be supplying a diverse customer portfolio with technical solutions for their projects. The successful candidate will also be able to liaise with Contractors and Key Distributors, as necessary. The role requires, (I) the ability to understand and communicate building construction techniques and waterproofing principles, (ii) good building industry knowledge, (iii) technical and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience and knowledge of the construction industry and the processes that accompany it.
• Be an experienced person working within a design discipline such as an architectural assistant, consulting engineer or architectural technologist.
• Have some CAD experience within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed, project-specific, expert technical advice for customers specifying or using company Products
• Liaising and working together with the Sales Team to provide sectional drawings, CAD details, sketches and other project-specific correspondence to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Qualification and progression of inbound opportunities via email and phone into sales leads. Sharing these leads with our network of distributor customers and specialist waterproofing contractor customers.
• Receive and progress customer enquiries (telephone & email) of a technical nature to the satisfaction of the customer and within a specified timescale.
• Sending correspondence on behalf of the Technical Advisors following customer meetings when appropriate
• Updating and maintaining product literature, CAD drawings etc. to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant industry standards
• Testing and trialling the products to ensure their ongoing suitability and performance

Salary + Benefits:

Your base salary will be £36,000 – £42,000pper year (depending on experience). Additionally, you will receive a 5% SIP bonus per annum.
