Job description:
* At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading team of 8-10
* Create, track and drive end-to-end project plans encompassing engineering, operations and other functional areas
* Participate in and/or initiate cross-functional discussions to identify and address dependencies
* Collaborate with cross-functional leads to create the cross-functional product plan
* Structure and drive cross-functional checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor progress in all work streams and flag potential problems
* Drive communications, including risk assessments, up from the project team to the leadership
* Develop, socialize, implement, and manage processes used within the organization
* Good to have understanding of Full Stack technologies such as PHP/ JavaScript / ReactJS / mySQL
