Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
A Bid Writer is urgently required to join a major contractor within their Civil engineering arm. You will be based out of their Surrey offices and have had previous exposure to the rail sector and be familiar with various technical terminology in order to conduct a large part of the role successfully.
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages will be necessary and indeed Indesign, Photoshop and or Illustrator would be highly advantageous. The ability to write compelling and concise responses as well as filling out all PQQs will be a core part of the role and this will involve liaising at different levels of individuals within the business so affective and adaptable communication skills will be necessary.
