Technical Administrator
Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity with bonus and excellent career progression opportunites for a Technical Administrator based in our head office in Marylebone, London. You will be working at the centre of our technology department with exposure to the most advanced equipment currently available to market with opportunities to learn and progress with the business.
Ideally suited to an individual with a keen technical interest (and potentially holding a technical or engineering qualification), together with a working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure, we will provide in-house training enabling a full understanding of the wide range of systems and technology in use. This role is an ideal starting point for the right candidate to progress with internal mentoring and could lead to progression to more technically orientated positions within the department.
Euro Car Parks is one of the leading UK providers of innovative and technology-based car parking solutions using advanced digital data capture and transmission. Providing specialist car parking services to a wide range of blue chip clients throughout the UK we are currently looking to extend our busy technical department and recruit a Technical Administrator to join our team. Working in a busy department you will provide the administration and back office support for the engineers, technicians and contractors working on an expanding nationwide estate of equipment.
Location: London – NW1
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Duties will include:
·software assessment management
·working on our bespoke in-house software
·updating equipment details in our asset management and maintenance database
·work-orders for our in-house field engineering team
·monitoring the dynamic status of our tech-based systems
·supporting our network technologies
·carrying out diagnostics and systems checks
·using reports to analyse systems and technical audits
