Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistants

Prospero Teaching are recruiting SEN teaching assistant to work a school that caters for children with Emotional, Social and Mental Health difficulties( behavioural) based in Manchester. This job role is perfect for an enthusiastic, driven and creative candidate with previous experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour. Ideally you will have worked in a school setting and have experience of severe behavioural and mental health problems, and have the Team Teach qualification. Please note this role is a temporary to permanent role.

These roles would be ideal for any candidate who has experience working with behavioural difficulties in a school, residential or care setting. This role requires the candidate to drive and be able to work with very challenging pupils on a 121 basis.

Essential requirements include:
* Team Teach Qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* SEN awareness and experience of a similar role

A registration process will need to be followed before starting the role, therefore you must be able to provide two references demonstrating the above skills.
