Team Manager – Supported Living

Salary: £31,200 – £34,800 per year

My client is a very reputable care provider looking for a motivated, experienced care professional to join them as Team Manager, managing their supported living service in Hull, Humberside / East Yorkshire. You will have solid experience of working in environments supporting adults with complex needs such as autism, learning disabilities or mental health needs. 

With the support of team leaders, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the care team, doing performance reviews and setting career development plans, you will monitor service quality, deputise for senior management, review care plans and be involved in assessments and much more.
