I am looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to work for an established domiciliary care company in Wellingborough who are rapidly expanding and extending their services to offer support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other needs who are living in their own accommodation and require support to help them live their lives independently. This is a superb role with great future opportunities for the right person to help grow the service.

In this role you will:

• Monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services to all people using the service Provide leadership and direction to the team and have oversight of the day-to-day management of services
• Ensure that regulatory standards set out by commissioners, inspectors are being met
• Participate in the on-call rota and respond appropriately as and when required.
• Manage and monitor the use of financial resources to ensure people supported are enabled to maximise control and to develop their ability to manage their own money.

For this exciting new role you must have:

• NVQ level 4 or relevant qualification or at least three years of work experience in similar field
• Experience in a similar role
• The willingness to be CQC registered
• The ability to manage and motivate a staff team
• Knowledge of relevant legal and good practice frameworks (MCA, DOLS, MHA etc)
• A commitment to a growing company
• The ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
