Shift pattern: 4 from 7, 12 hours

We are looking for great, enthusiastic candidates with experience of 10 or more in a busy, fast moving distribution, warehousing or FMCG production environment with responsibility for people management. You will have an input in to the business with regards to improving the day to day operation and will need to be hands-on at time and have flexibility to working patterns.

You will also have responsibility for:

• HR, Performance, Absence, Probationary Reviews and Training and Development
• Delivering direction and motivation of your team
• Solving problems in a dynamic, fast moving environment
