We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our friendly Kingsnorth, Ashford based Team covering Maternity Leave, who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the individual needs of people we support are met to the highest standard. To support the Service Manager to ensure that staff are trained to meet the needs of the people we support and their training complies with CQC. To support and deputise for the Service Manager in developing the staff team and to carry out management tasks as directed by the Service Manager to ensure the service is delivered to a high standard and meets and exceeds the CQC standards in line with the values of Caretech.

Due to the rural location, a Full driving licence is required.
