Team Leader – Electrical Manufacturing

Salary: £38,400 per year

Our client is a highly reputable company based in Heanor. They have a wide client base including a presitgious list of international customers. They offer a total engineering solution and the team have built up an enviable reputation over the years, for delivery, customer service, etc.

They are presently looking to appoint a Team Leader to carry out the following duties:

* Ensuring build and erection of new products is completed in line with plan

* Provide a point of call for problem resolution, job instructions, etc

* Ensure target deliveries are achieved

* Identifying and implementing improvements across all areas of responsibility

This role will be ideal for an experienced Team Leader from a Manufacturing background, preferably someone who has an electrical engineering background. You should also be self-motivated, conscientious, enthusiastic and capable of working under pressure.
