Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with experience in the precision engineering industry?
We are looking for a Personable, organised, and experienced Quality Inspector to be an effective Quality Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading high quantity manufacturing business near Blackpool in Lancashire.
THE ROLE
As Inspection Team Leader, you will be part of the Rotator Inspection Team and will be responsible for:
* Providing comprehensive inspection provision ensuring that quality standards are met.
* Raise non-conformances.
* Ensuring that SOP’s are implemented and that all standards are met.
* Inspecting components and communicating effectively with the reporting manager and the wider quality team.
* Completing administrative, ensuring that the inspection team functions effectively and in an organised manner.
THE PERSON
* You will be a confident communicator, who is personable and approachable and will act as spokesperson for the team.
* You will be highly organised.
* You will be an experienced Inspector with time served in the automotive sector.
* You will have used tools such as Micrometres, Callipers, Dial Test Indicators.
* You may have operated CMM and Shadowgraphs.
* You may have experience of working in a structured way using relevant processes for new product introduction such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
