Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

The role would suit a Team Leader from a Contact Centre / Call Centre as the role is managing their account partner, who are Contact and Call Centres throughout the UK.
An understanding of this market place is essential as the role will be to advise, coach and train the call centre agents as well as liaising with the technical department should any issues with the software arises so being technology smart is important.
