Salary; £26,000 per year

Shift Pattern; 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location; Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Jacob Thomas Associates are working in partnership with our client, a renowned organisation that are market leaders within their industry, to appoint a Team Leader. The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager and process client requirements.

The Team Leader Role;

• Support with management of staffing levels across departments
• Learning all aspects of Production and being flexible to fulfil client expectations
• Process completed orders to specified despatch requirements
• Brief client requirements to staff 
• Monitor & maintain accuracy of input into all systems & documentation 
• Set and monitor productivity rates 
• Liaise with external suppliers and contractors

The Team Leader Candidate;

• Previous Team Leader experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of logistic systems
• Familiar with Microsoft packages
• Reliable, motivated and keen to learn
• Flexible
