Salary: £27,600 per year
Our client is looking to expand their supervisory team with a team leader in their production section. You will be required to run a busy production line and will report directly to the plant manager.
You will be responsible for daily targets and have a good background in product manufacturing. This role will involve running different production areas and you will be expected to liaise between the departments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a company that has expanded through the recession. The right candidate will have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, some LEAN experience and a willingness to make things happen. You will have good communication skills and be able to get the best out of your team. This is a position where you can grow with the company and you will have opportunity to progress in the company if you show the right attitude and skills.
