The Role 
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will analyse business process and suggest improvements using technologies like digital, automation, cloud, analytics (AI/ML) etc.

• Elicit explicit and implicit needs of stakeholders (users of the product / solution).
• Facilitate communication between various functions in the organisation (like workshops, meetings, etc.) and drive cross-functional synergies.
• Contribute to key RFx responses, proposals.
• Document the requirements in the form of process flows, SIPOC, Epics, User stories etc.
• Plan and monitor the business analysis work, including timing plan, identifying stakeholders, selecting the right business analysis tools and techniques (like Swim lanes) etc.
• Analyse the requirements and establish the linkage to testing, KPIs.
• Define non-functional requirements like performance or security as appropriate.
• Provide input to technology, platform, and product roadmaps based on deep insights from global industry developments.
• Responsible for developing thought leadership and publishing POVs (Point of View) and white papers.

Your Profile

• Industry/ functional/ digital knowledge.
• Probing skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the domain.
• Business management –stakeholder management.
• Consulting projects: business analysis, process diagrams, value stream maps.
• Experience in Building Frameworks and Assets: deployed used frameworks and assets and values the importance of such assets.
• Experience in software products / technology: business requirement analysis for products and Ux.
• Thought Leadership & Innovation: Proactive- Ability to come up with ideas for improvement.
