The Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will triage production support issues. You will also gain valuable insight into the rapidly expanding world of Apple Pay, and server operations.

Key responsibilities:

Effectively monitor a wide range of systems, triage, and trouble-shoot bugs.
Obtain insight into our integration work with new partners in supporting new projects.
Learn a top-tier level of understanding and support of Apple Pay and its server infrastructure.
Responsible for fixing issues, responding to incidents, and usually taking on-call responsibilities.
Your Profile

Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Production support and operational knowledge.
Knowledge of incident management, change management, and problem solving.
Working understanding on Scaling, Capacity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
Strong background in monitoring and logging of large-scale platforms i.e., Nagios, Prometheus, Splunk, Icinga etc.
Familiarity with configuration and deployment management (Scripting, Visualisation, AWS, Unix, Java, Databases, Kubernetes, Docker etc).
