Key responsibilities:

Capture/collect requirements for system solutions.
Support the implementation of systems in businesses.
Provide application support and problem solving – on site shop floor activity.
Data collection and presentation.
Data analysis and interpretation.
Guiding staff on the training and support material available through the Digital shop floor Information Hub.
Document feedback from the trainees and preparing communication.
New training material to be created or updated to suit the needs of the business.
Modernise web platforms and PowerApps.
