Our accomplished Managing Director brings an impressive 3 years of recruitment and executive sales experience to the firm.

The company only hires at graduate level and has the structure and training in place to allow all graduates to be managers of their own teams within 2 years.

The training comes on the job and is given by the company’s top billing consultants and most graduates see their first deals within their training periods – earning full commission. From day one you will experience every aspect of a recruitment consultant’s responsibilities. Starting with candidate resourcing.

Job Role (Year 1): The successful Graduate will carry out:
• Candidate Screening
• Interviewing candidates and problem solving
• Arranging CPD programmes for selected candidates
• Keeping rapport with candidates
