Acosta Europe is a people business with a progressive approach, we operate as part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Resourcer to join our UK head office team on a temporary basis for an initial 8 weeks. The role will be based in our Head Office in Central Woking (Parking is provided or for any train travellers we are right next to the train station.)

 

As the Talent Resourcer you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with the successful delivery of suitable candidates for a number of roles we will be recruiting for in Q1 2024.  A key part of your role will be using various sources such as adverts and CV database access to identify suitable candidates and screening these via telephone as part of a wider recruitment process.  Due to expansion, we will be recruiting for a large number of roles starting January 2024 which will provide you with lots of variation in the roles you will be resourcing and also mean you will be required to resource quickly and efficiently.

 

General Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Search or headhunt potential candidates, screen CV’s, conduct telephone screening interviews to ensure the availability of candidates for hiring managers to interview and close off vacancies
  • Build relationships and liaise with hiring managers to understand position requirements to improve the ability to source possible candidates to close vacancies
  • Source candidates for ad hoc projects
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline on our database for back fill/supply of candidates
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and insights when speaking with candidates.

 

Person Specification:

 

  • Strong administration skills and a passion for detail
  • Adaptability and an ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience of CV Sourcing and Talent Attraction initiatives would be advantageous
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise, follow-up and follow-through to task completion
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

 

Education / Qualifications required

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A level or equivalent and GSCE English and Mathematics is essential
