TA Needed to Support Challenging Child Year 4

TeacherActive are looking to recruit a dynamic and proactive Learning Support Assistant. This position will commence in September, within one of our popular partnership schools in the Birmingham area.

The child you will be supporting is in year 4 and has challenging and disruptive behavior.

Previous experience of working on a 1:1 basis, teaching small groups or experience supporting children with additional or special needs would also be an advantage.

To be considered for this role you will need/have;

* NVQ Level 3 in relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2 candidates are welcome to apply!)
* A minimum of 6 months experience working within UK Schools
* A genuine passion for teaching young people
* Excellent and proven ability to support a class teacher
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable, with a professional attitude to work
