Systems Test Engineer

West London – Systems Test Engineer – £35K-£40K – Electronics

You will conduct Systems Test activities to ensure the products meet their functional and performance requirements.

Main Duties:
+ Responsible for design and development of test facilities
+ Solving complex problems by selecting appropriate tools or methods
+ Delivering to cost and schedule
+ Working to written or detailed oral instructions
+ Production of clear, well-written test specifications, procedure and reports

Skills and Experience Required:
+ Skilled in writing test procedures for functional and performance tests on military communications equipment
+ Extensive knowledge of digital and analogue test equipment
+ Ability to conduct complex functional and performance tests in a development environment
+ Able to produce verification matrices and write test reports
+ Experienced in electronics hardware and ability to conduct fault finding

This salary is circa £42,000 – £48,000depending on experience.
