Systems Design Engineer (Hydraulics)
£40,000- £45,000 + (Bonus Up to 30%; OTE £50,000 – £55,000 + Progression + Global Progression Opportunities + Pension
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (Commutable from Coventry)
Are you a Design Engineer with Hydraulics Components experience looking to join a market-leader in high-energy Machinery manufacturer, where you will play an integral part in a small team within a Company who are known for their in-house and global progression opportunities and generous company benefits such as an annual bonus of up to £12,000?

In this role you will lead a variety of tasks, ranging from managing and formulating project plans, liaising with customers to understand their requirements, and determining design parameters.
This role would suit a Design Engineer with experience of hydraulics components looking to take a step up into management in a completely autonomous role where you will be the go-to technical specialist.
The Role:
* Split between Projects and System Design (Hydraulics / Fluid Power Systems)
* Liaising with customers and suppliers ensuring product design parameters are specified
* Formulating test procedures

* Hydraulics / Fluid Power Experience
* Looking to step into Management or seeking Global Progression Opportunities
