Systems Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a System Administrator to work within the defence sector
Location: Hybrid working – Aldermaston / Remote
About the role: You will be responsible for maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be escalation of significant issues.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active DV clearance and have proven System Administrator background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Application Support Engineer
- Window OS / Networking
- Installing, building and configuring
- System engineer or Application Engineer
- Installing and testing and working with users
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support on Mission Critical System applications, prioritising and categorising requests, troubleshooting, and solving issues, escalating software and infrastructure problems, and ensuring cases are solved promptly within SLAs
- Manage incidents and problems
