Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year
SHAREPOINT AND SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
As a member of the Coinford IT department you will be included in the responsibility for:
· Maintaining, supporting and delivering Line of Business (LoB) Applications and Projects
· Maintenance and supporting of SQL/SharePoint and other LoB applications
· Highlighting and remedying issues relating to all LoB applications
· Identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and resilience
· Responding to support and project issues as they arise
Primary Duties/Tasks:
· Maintain, streamline and maximise uptime of backend Line of Business applications
· Provide assistance, support, expertise and training to the IT Team as required
· Manage and support the Coinford backend SQL, SharePoint, O365, Teams infrastructure as part of the Coinford IT Department.
· Engage with the IT Team and Business to establish needs and work to draft proposals for improvement/replacement/upgrades
· Champion excellent project communications between Coinford and its stakeholders
· Ensure effective utilisation of team skills and availability
· Develop and maintain standard templates and checklists
· Lead, attend, manage internal and external meetings with all stakeholders as/if required
· Promote timely updates to systems and site documentation
· Agree timescales and resources required to carry out any projects
· Working with the Head of IT, draw up a detailed plans for each stage of the project.
· Liaise with 3rd parties and suppliers when required for escalation or project activity
· Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and maintained
· Ensuring full project to support handover is completed
· Managing risks to avoid delays in support or project delivery
· Providing solutions, input and advice on the management of projects
The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be required from time to time, to carry out additional duties as reasonably requested by your line manager, as required to maintain an efficient IT Helpdesk function.
Required attributes for the role:
· Excellent verbal and written communication, with clear and precise business English
· Easily communicates technical concepts to a non-technical audience
· Organised and proficient with all system tools
· Able to identify task skills requirements and allocate/delegate as appropriate
· Be a self-starter, managing your own time and availability effectively
Desirable for the role:
· SQL/SharePoint accreditation
· Windows Server knowledge
· Microsoft Office experience
· Line of Business application knowledge (Business Central)
