Support Workers – Full-Time and Part-Time

Salary Details: £26,000per year (pro rata for part-time)

We have vacancies for full-time and part-time Support Workers in one of our Warrington services. We are looking for people to work from 16 to 38 hours a week.

About the role

At this house, we support two women with learning and physical disabilities. You will play a key part in assisting them to live as independently as possible, joining in with their favourite pastimes and hobbies.

Because of the complexity of their learning disabilities, they require support with intimate care and medication. They are looking for people who can listen carefully, be tolerant, positive and understanding.

You will be working shifts across days, evenings and weekends.

What we need from you

Experience is not necessary, as we provide a full induction and training programme plus the day-to-day support of the service manager. People join us from many different backgrounds – it’s more important to us that you have the right personal qualities and a willingness to learn.

It would be very helpful if you hold a manual driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK, in order to drive service vehicles.

Salaries are dependent on successful completion of a probation period and relevant qualifications. Part time positions are pro rata, and we Salary: £26,000per sleep-in.
