We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our services based across Wimborne, Dorset.
The position of Support Worker is a varied and enjoyable role and we’re looking for people who will work to empower the people we support to maximise their skills and live fulfilling lives.

If you can work in a people orientated role, are a caring person who enjoys enabling people to achieve their life goals and aspirations we would love to hear from you.

Candidates must be willing to work flexibly as you will be required to work on a rota basis which will include mornings, evenings, weekends & sleep ins. A full clean driving license and use of your own car is essential for this position.

Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. Good communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team are essential.
